Q: How long will it take until I recieve my order(s)?
A: Orders take typically 7-10 business days to complete, If they should take longer you will be notified via e-mail. I will sometimes e-mail them sooner depending on orders I have recieved during that time.
Q: How will I receive my enhancement(s)?
A: All enhancements are sent via e-mail unless you paid extra for printing and shipping, then you will receive them to the address you specify.
Q: What payment methods are available?
A: I accept and prefer Paypal over any other payment method but I will also accept checks and money orders or even cash. If your paying with a check please know that I will wait 7 days to send you your enhancement(s). I suggest you purchase delivery confirmation if your sending your payment in the mail. I am not responsible for lost payment if you do not take precautions to prevent this.
Q: I have a question(s) thats not on the list, Where can I e-mail my question(s)?
Q:Are the backgrounds available for sale?
A: The backgrounds are not for sale unless they are under the section where backgrounds are sold. Under the Home tab.
 
Q: Is rush ordering available?
A: Yes, you may add this to cart on the home page. One per photo. You will receive your photo within 24-48hrs.
