Terms & Conditions when ordering:
For Customers who order and ask me to surprise them with an enhancement:
Please note that I will come up with a design that matches the photo being submitted along with your theme(s) and idea(s) you lay down for me as foundations for your creation. If you do not like the enhancement I come up with then I will try and rework the image or change it around a bit. I however will not be creating image after image as I am only getting paid to do one not 2-5 samples. Please know and understand these photos take time to make so if your paying me to make one then one is the one I will work on.
For Customers who want to share the finished photo(s) on public sites: If your wanting to display the finished photo enhancement on any public site such as Myspace,Facebook,Ebay,Etsy etc you must request a watermarked copy to be given to you with the final copy so you may share. Watermarked copies are FREE of charge but must be requested by you if using publicly.
Altering Watermarked copies:
You are not permitted to alter the watermarked copies given to you. Cropping my watermark out & adding yours in not permitted.
The purpose of the watermarked copies:
Well the answer is simple. Online theft! It protects the image from being stolen as well as gives credit to Jania's Photo Enhancements for the finished product. When the images are watermarked it is harder & almost impossible to manipulate an image in any degrading or insulting form and trust me I have seen this done.
These terms especially apply to you if your a business.
If you violate any of the terms and conditions mentioned above I reserve the right to not sell to you. I keep a list of violators and am not interested in doing business with people who fail to follow my terms.
I may at times use the fantasy photo created for you here at my site as a sample. If you prefer me not to then please e-mail me and I will gladly take the image down.
